The Central Texas area has much to recommend it. Situated in the heart of Texas, we boast pristine rivers that welcome tubers, canoeists, kayakers, and boaters. The Guadalupe River is known for its whitewater rapids and the trout fishing in the winter. The spring-fed Comal River invites you to spend a lazy summer afternoon floating down its short, 2.5-mile length chatting with friends and neighbors who had the same idea you did…to get out and enjoy this natural resource!

From New Braunfels, you can hop into your car and in just 2½ hours you can be at the beach…or head north to visit eclectic, historic Austin. Or head south and taste the spicy food, sights and sounds of San Antonio, just 30 minutes away. Mountains? Big Bend is a bit more of a drive, but well worth the trip to see deserts and mountains. Are you looking for a day trip? Boerne, Fredricksburg, and Luckenbach are just a short drive. Do you need to kick up your heels and kick back? Check out Gruene Hall and the Gruene Historic District…only a stone's throw away!

Our area is brimming with opportunities for exploration, relaxation, and culinary delights! Is this the kind of town you'd love to live in? Me too! And I do!
